What is Hospital Indemnity Insurance?

Supplemental coverage that helps offset costs associated with hospital stays, whether for planned or unplanned reasons. Payments made directly to you and benefits do not offset with medical insurance.

Plan Rules:

• Eligibility: All full-time employees working 20+ hours/week, spouses, and dependent children (up to age 26)

• Coverage through MetLife

• No health questions - Every Year!

• Routine childbirth and complications from pregnancy are covered

• If adding a child during the plan year, the child must be added within 30 days of the date of birth
